Our technology ecosystem underpins everything we do — connecting systems, data, and people to deliver faster, smarter, and more transparent property management.

Driven by our mission to change the expectations of property management for both owners and occupiers, we’ve developed the Clarity Platform — a proprietary system built in-house to connect people, property, and performance in one intuitive environment.

The platform consolidates every key element of day-to-day management into a single, visual dashboard (using data from Yardi) — transforming static data into live insight for all stakeholders. Each user has a role-based view, providing clarity and control over the areas that matter most to them.

For Tenants (Occupiers):

  • Service Charge Budget – access approved budgets and allocations by cost category.
  • Year-to-Date (YTD) Spend – real-time visibility of spend per service line.
  • Service Charge Performance & Forecasting – track budget vs. actuals with clear variance and forecast indicators.

For Asset Owners / Landlords:

  • Service Charge Performance – real-time financial insight across all managed assets.
  • Tenant Retention & Risk Data – visibility of occupancy trends, arrears, and engagement indicators.
  • Portfolio-Level Reporting – consolidated dashboards showing spend, performance, and compliance across multiple sites.

Currently in active development and pilot launch, the Clarity Platform is soon to reach the market as the core of our digital ecosystem — integrating smoothly with Yardi Voyager 8, Asana, and other tools including AI to establish a single source of truth for property performance.

Yardi Voyager 8

To underpin the financial and operational integrity of our property management services, we utilise Yardi Voyager 8 — a globally recognised, enterprise-grade property management and accounting system. This platform forms the backbone of our service-charge accounting and asset performance framework.

Key Capabilities Include:

  • Full Service-Charge Accounting – automates occupier ledgers, cost apportionments, and reconciliations in line with RICS best practice.
  • Robust Supplier & Invoice Management – integrates seamlessly with our vendor ecosystem for approval automation, audit trails, and cost transparency.
  • Real-Time Financial Visibility – live dashboards feed directly into our Clarity Platform, providing instant insight into budgets, actuals, and variances.
  • Scalability & Portfolio Insight – supports single-asset portfolios through to multi-site institutional holdings, ensuring flexibility for growth.

Building on the core foundations of service-charge accounting, Yardi also provides powerful complementary tools — including Commercial Café, a occupier portal that enables direct access to financial and service information, and Facilities Manager, which supports scheduled maintenance, task management, and occupier requests. These systems can be deployed selectively by asset, providing flexibility and scalability across our managed portfolio.

For other assets, we’re able to deploy alternative or more user-focused technologies where a more tailored, personal approach is required — for example, through our internal Helpdesk team offering direct communication and support to occupiers and contractors.
