Ricky has over 20 years’ experience in the property and facilities management sectors, having held senior operational and commercial roles at Xero, Sodexo, Incentive FM, and Montagu Evans, where he worked within the retail property management division. During his time at Xero, he was responsible for client-side real estate operations across a portfolio of offices throughout Europe, driving performance through strategic asset and service management.
An experienced entrepreneur, Ricky has founded and led previous businesses and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), reflecting his commitment to professional standards, transparency, and innovation across the built environment.

Alistair’s background spans corporate finance, financial services, and commodity trading, where he has advised institutional and private clients on investment strategy, structured finance, and capital allocation. He has extensive experience in developing and scaling growth-focused businesses with a strong emphasis on governance, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Alongside Clarity, Alistair is the Co-Founder of Co-Space, a design-led workspace operator with locations across the UK, focused on delivering high-quality office, coworking, and meeting environments in regional towns and cities. His financial and operational expertise provides strategic oversight across Clarity’s commercial growth and investor relationships.

William began his career in the chemical and construction engineering sectors before transitioning into real estate development in 2015, where he played a key role in building EquaGroup, a commercial-to-residential developer. His experience combines a deep understanding of the technical and financial aspects of property development with an entrepreneurial approach to scaling modern workspace and property platforms.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Co-Space, William has overseen the brand’s expansion across multiple UK cities, creating design-led workspaces that combine flexibility with community. At Clarity, he brings a developer’s perspective, commercial acumen, and a forward-looking approach to innovation and growth.
